Job summary

Soliant in Florida near Bartow is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school-based caseload. This contract role involves direct evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and hands-on therapy with students who need your expertise and compassion.

Collaborate with educators and families, document progress, and contribute to ongoing professional development with an experienced advisory group.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in the state.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough evaluations for students exhibiting speech and language concerns.
• Crafting and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Providing hands-on therapy sessions to help students achieve speech and language milestones.
• Continuously monitoring, assessing, and documenting each student's progress with care and precision.
• Collaborating seamlessly with educators, therapists, and families to foster a supportive environment.
• Educating and engaging families to empower them as partners in their child's progress.
