Strides Therapy & Educational Services is seeking a School‑Based Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support Lake County students in a contracted school setting. The role involves comprehensive assessments, individualized plans, and collaboration with teachers, parents, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (where applicable).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA unless pursuing CF.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve articulation, fluency, and language skills.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school-based teams to support classroom participation.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document session notes, progress reports, and billing information.
