Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a K–12, school-based role in the San Jose, California area. The position focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and related disorders within an educational setting, with collaboration among educators and families.

The successful candidate will hold a Master's in SLP, be licensed in California, and may have CCC-SLP; CFs are encouraged to apply. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• California SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply.
• Experience in K-12 school settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic communication disorders in a school-based setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding speech and language services.
• Educate families and school staff on strategies to support communication development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings.
