Job summary

LEARN Academy is interviewing onsite Speech-Language Pathologists in North Phoenix for full-time, part-time, and short-term leave coverage positions. You will support students with communication needs, evaluate, create, and monitor treatment plans aligned with IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to integrate speech strategies into daily learning.

We offer Local Clinical Manager support, CCC/CF options, competitive W2 hourly pay with rate DOE, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC or CF credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ communication abilities across articulation, fluency, voice, and expressive/receptive language.
• Develop and implement speech and language therapy plans aligned with IEP goals and educational needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate speech and language strategies into the curriculum and provide consultative services.
• Contribute to the IEP process by offering insights on student progress and recommending interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based therapy.
• Provide expertise in assistive technology and communication strategies to support curriculum access.
