Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to deliver school-based therapy in a public school setting. CF supervision is provided and aligned with ASHA and state guidelines.

Applicants should hold a master's degree in SLP and an active state license (or be eligible). CCC is preferred for CF candidates; educator certification may be required by the state. Compatibility with IEP goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility.
• CCC preferred but not required for CF candidates.
• Educator/Teacher Certification if required by the state.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred; new grads encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with articulation, language, fluency, or voice disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and track progress.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to policies.
• Apply best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
