Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy in a public school special education setting. CF supervision is available and compliant with ASHA and state guidelines.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating students with communication disorders, developing therapy plans aligned with IEP goals, and collaborating with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility in progress).
• CCC certification preferred but not required for CF candidates.
• Educator/Teacher Certification if required by the state.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, voice).
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and monitor progress.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain required documentation in accordance with school/state policies.
• Apply current best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist

CCC certification (preferred)
