Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Central Point, Oregon. This full-time onsite role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency and serves diverse student populations.

You will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, provide direct services, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility for CCC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders in the school setting.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve articulation, language, and social communication.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support student goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and professionals for student success.
• Maintain compliant documentation of progress and communications.
