Job summary

Invo Healthcare, part of The Stepping Stones Group, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in the Winston-Salem, NC area. You will deliver individual and group therapy to students with speech and language delays and participate in IEP planning.

The role requires ASHA-credentialed SLPs and an active state license, with collaboration across teachers, families, and school staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working in schools or with children.
• Implementing SLP therapy for school-aged children with speech and/or language impairments or delays.
• Serving as a member of the IEP team for students with speech and/or language concerns.
• Maintaining records through Invo’s proprietary software
• Coordinating with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs
• Ensuring services comply with state laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP services in a school setting.
• Collaborate with IEP team to set goals and track progress.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.

Skills

Experience working in schools

Education

ASHA recognized Masters or Doctorate degree from CAA approved program

Active SLP license
