Job summary

Invo Healthcare, a proud member of The Stepping Stones Group, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based services team in the Jacksonville, FL area.

As an SLP in our school-based program, you will implement therapy, participate in IEP teams, and maintain records in our proprietary software. A state license and ASHA certification are required, with CFY encouraged. Join a supportive, therapist-led team dedicated to helping students reach their communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and active SLP licensure in the state of practice.
• ASHA certification (or eligibility) required; CFY encouraged to apply.
• Experience in school settings is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP services to school-aged students with communication disorders.
• Participate as a member of the IEP team to develop and implement service plans.
• Maintain student records using Invo’s proprietary software.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support communication goals.
• Ensure services are delivered in compliance with state laws and regulations.
