Job summary

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a Michigan school district.

In this school-based role, you will evaluate communication skills, deliver targeted therapy, and implement strategies to help students participate in class and interact with peers. CCC-SLP preferred and Michigan licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Master’s degree required for Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate student communication and performance.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide clinical recommendations and student updates.
• Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Participate in student support and educational planning meetings.
• Provide direct speech and language services to elementary students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and Michigan requirements.
