Small Talk Therapeutic Services is seeking a licensed SLP to join our team at the Elwyn ELS classrooms in Philadelphia. You’ll provide push-in speech-language services in the classroom, deliver services per each child’s IEP, and collaborate with teachers and OT to support learners.

We welcome candidates with a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology who are PA-licensed or license-eligible, with experience in school-age settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed or license-eligible as an SLP in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in classroom or school-age settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide push-in speech-language services within the classroom, working closely with the classroom teacher and OT.
• Deliver services according to each child’s IEP, with frequencies that vary by learner.
• Support speech, language, and communication development, including AAC and gestalt language processors, through play-based, child-led approaches.
• Collaborate with the classroom team and families to support learner goals.
• Develop and update functional, strengths-based goals.
• Maintain documentation, session notes, and reports per Elwyn, city, and state requirements.
