Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to serve K-12 students remotely in Pennsylvania. The role supports virtual therapy, with flexible part-time hours and a start date of ASAP for the 2026-2027 school year. Pennsylvania Teacher's Certificate is required, with licensure eligibility as an SLP.

Compensation starts at $50/hour and is commensurate with experience. Teletherapy experience is preferred, with cross-license opportunities offered as applicable, and a supportive,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pennsylvania Teacher's Certificate or eligibility to obtain one.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• Experience with K-12 students in a virtual setting.
• Teletherapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in timely reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on needs.
