Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with K-12 students for the upcoming school year in the Pflugerville, TX area. The role involves 35 hours per week across multiple placement options to best fit age groups and school communities.

You will deliver direct and indirect therapy, develop treatment plans based on assessments and IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families while maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Current, active Texas SLP license required.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to K-12 students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain timely, organized documentation per state and district guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert insights for team decisions.
• Adapt interventions to ensure student success throughout the school year.
