Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower students aged 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You’ll partner with educators, families, and therapists to deliver individualized speech and language support, helping each student reach their full potential.

You’ll conduct assessments, create treatment plans aligned with IEP goals, and monitor progress with data-driven updates. Join us to support meaningful communication growth and inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience in school or clinical settings with students who have special needs.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.

As a Speech Language Pathologist at New Story Schools, you’ll empower students to find their voice, build communication skills, and gain confidence. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and therapists to deliver individualized speech and language support that helps each student reach their full potential.

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree from an accredited academic program in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school or clinical setting with students who have special needs
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development and implementation
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
