Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team near Cheyenne, WY. This full-time, school-based role offers the opportunity to help students strengthen communication skills that support academic and social success.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about working with students across ages and a variety of communication needs. CF candidates are encouraged to apply, with CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active State SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
• Previous School-based Or Pediatric Experience Preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support students with articulation, fluency, language, social communication, and related disorders
