Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist in San Francisco for school-based on-site work. The role offers either full-time or part-time schedules, with responsibilities spanning assessment, intervention, IEP participation, and family collaboration.

The SLP will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop legally compliant documentation and effective services, while supporting student communication and literacy needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• California credential authorizing service as SLP or RPE Temporary License is required
• Ability to meet CA and ASHA requirements for speech-language assessment and services

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
• Serve as case manager for speech-only students and track progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication and literacy.
• Maintain accurate records and engage in professional development.
