Qualifications

• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and document progress effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and necessary documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Consult with classroom teachers and staff to support language and communication goals within the curriculum.
• Provide guidance and resources to families and caregivers to encourage skill development at home.
