Qualifications

• Current and valid New Hampshire SLP license.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children and adolescents.
• Strong collaboration with teachers, staff, families, and students.
• Flexibility to work with multiple age groups and adapt therapy to individual needs.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate closely with educational teams and families to support student growth.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in professional development and school meetings as requested.
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding communication disorders and therapy strategies.
• Ensure all services and documentation meet school, state, and federal guidelines.
