Amergis, based in Indianapolis, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract role. You will conduct student evaluations and deliver therapy services, documenting progress per care plans and physician orders. Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations in the school setting.
• Provide and document therapy services per plan of care and physician orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
