Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Napa, CA, is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. A Master’s in SLP is required; CFs are welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 annually based on the school year calendar.

You will conduct school-based services, complete evaluations, and collaborate with Parents, Teachers, and the IEP Team to set goals and track progress. The role includes mentoring opportunities and a focus on child and family outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/eligibility required.
• Fingerprint background clearance required.
• TB clearance required.
• Settings available: Onsite; School.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
