Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team for the 2026-2027 year. Masters in Speech-Language Pathology and CA SLP licensure are required; CFs welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000, based on the school calendar.

We provide mentorship, a supportive team, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401K with employer match, and in-house CEUs. Roles include supervision opportunities and collaboration with IEP teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CA SLP license/credential or eligibility required.
• Fingerprint and TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consult with Parent/Teacher/IEP team regarding service delivery.
