Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy in a public school setting in West Palm Beach, FL. CF supervision is available and aligned with ASHA guidelines.

We welcome candidates passionate about helping students succeed through speech and language services. This W2 local/travel role offers full-time or part-time options with comprehensive benefits and dedicated clinical support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license or eligibility in progress.
• CCC preferred but not required for CF candidates.
• Educator/Teacher Certification if required by the state.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, voice).
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and objectives and track progress.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to school and state policies.
• Apply current best practices in speech-language pathology for pediatric populations.
