Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy services in a public school special education setting in Willimantic, CT. CF supervision is available and fully compliant with ASHA and state guidelines.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating students, developing therapy plans aligned with IEP goals, and collaborating with teachers, families, and staff.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC certification preferred but not required for CF candidates.
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility in progress.
• Educator/Teacher Certification if required by the state.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, voice).
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and objectives and track progress.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to school and state policies.
• Apply current best practices in speech-language pathology for pediatric populations.
