Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active PA SLP license or eligibility before start.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with school-aged children is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support goals.
• Maintain records and progress reports per policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals.
