Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in Cusseta, GA for the 2026/2027 school year. The contract runs ASAP through May 21, 2027, with 25 hours per week for a K-12 caseload. A master's in SLP and GA licensure are required; CCC-SLP preferred.

The role involves direct therapy, assessments, IEP collaboration, and ongoing professional development for staff, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• GA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Complete GACE Ethics course
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
