Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support K-12 students in Cusseta, GA. The position is a contract role for the 2026/2027 school year with guaranteed hours and weekly direct deposit.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with staff and families, and providing direct therapy in individual and group settings. Georgia licensure and CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• GA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of GACE Ethics course; CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience in school settings is preferred.

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $35+, dependent on experience

Position Overview

This position involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to identify and address speech and language disorders, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and socially.
