Job summary

Soliant is recruiting a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support a vibrant K-12 educational environment onsite for the full academic year. The role involves providing assessments, direct therapy, and developing individualized programs for a diverse student population.

Applicants should hold Maryland SLP licensure and CCC-SLP certification, with experience in Maryland schools and K-12 settings.

Qualifications

Active Maryland SLP license required.
CCC-SLP certification (ASHA) required.
Previous experience in Maryland schools highly preferred.
Experience in K-12 settings, including high school self-contained programs with moderate to severe needs.
Ability to travel between multiple school sites as an itinerant provider.
Adaptability, strong communication skills, and a patient, student-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Provide assessments, direct therapy, and develop individualized programs for a diverse K-12 student population.
Address spot fill needs at various campus locations, supporting students and educational staff.
Work onsite full-time (37.5 hours/week) or consider part-time hours based on availability.
Manage a caseload that includes high school students in self-contained, moderate to severe programs.
Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and contribute actively to IEP meetings.
