Boothby Therapy Services LLC is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Andover, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. The role offers guaranteed pay, strong support systems, and sign-on bonus opportunities up to $10,000. Eligible candidates may join a collaborative team across multiple districts.

Responsibilities include delivering speech-language therapy, evaluating students, and contributing to IEP goals. Massachusetts license or eligibility and CCC-SLP are required or expected.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification.
• Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support students in achieving communication, independence, and educational success.
