Job summary

Solterra School, located in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, treat, and support students’ speech, language, and feeding needs within our integrated educational model.

You will collaborate with teachers, behavior staff, and other clinicians to embed communication supports throughout the day, deliver direct therapy in small groups, and ensure documentation fidelity and payer readiness where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Virginia licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates may be considered if supervision is available.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and treat speech, language, pragmatic communication, voice, fluency, and feeding needs where applicable.
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services in individual and small-group formats.
• Collaborate with teachers, behavior support staff, and other clinicians to embed language supports across the school day.
• Provide written clinical recommendations and maintain compliant documentation and reporting.
