Job summary

RCM Health Care Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services in a school setting in Richmond, California. The role involves assessments, therapy aligned to IEP goals, and collaboration with educators and families during school hours.

The position may be full-time or part-time (4 days per week) with a compensation range of $65-$70 per hour based on experience. Onsite responsibilities follow the academic calendar for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by SBESLPA (State Board).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide individual and group speech-language therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility for services.
• Monitor student progress and determine discharge readiness from therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication.
