Job summary

LEARN Academy is seeking an Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Peoria, AZ. This is a full-time role for four days per week with a competitive W2 hourly rate DOE, and benefit packages including medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and relocation/referral bonuses.

Join a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, treat, and monitor progress toward IEP goals, while collaborating with teachers, families, and related service providers to ensure high-quality school-based therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Maintain license per ASHA requirements.
• Current AZ licensure or willing to obtain.
• Current AZ DOE certification or willing to obtain.
• Current AZ IVP Fingerprint card or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' communication abilities across articulation, fluency, voice, and language.
• Develop and implement speech-language therapy intervention plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate speech strategies into the curriculum.
• Contribute to IEP processes with progress insights and recommended interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Provide trainings to instructional and related service staff.

Education
