Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in K-12 settings in San Rafael, CA. You will assess students, develop IEPs, and deliver direct therapy to improve communication and educational access.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams; manage a flexible caseload; benefit from mentorship, full benefits, and a 12-month salary model with summer breaks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• DOJ/FBI Livescan background check; must be eligible to work in the US.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct formal assessments and develop compliant IEPs.
• Treatment Planning: coordinate plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Consultation & Instruction: work with families to generalize target skills.
• Data Collection & Documentation: maintain progress records and use data for reporting.
