Job summary

The Children's Crisis Treatment Center is seeking a Team Leader for School Based Services (SBS) to enhance partnerships with schools and supervise Lead Clinicians. The leader will ensure that programs deliver high-quality, evidence-based services and meet productivity requirements.

Responsibilities include providing weekly supervision, ensuring proper insurance coverage for clients, and maintaining a positive working environment. A Master's degree and at least three years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working in a CASSP system.
• 1 year working as a supervisor.
• Dedication to ensuring quality services.

Responsibilities

• Weekly supervision of SBS Lead Clinicians.
• Provide oversight to ensure children have proper insurance coverage.
• Hire and dismiss staff with approval of the Division Director.

Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
