Job summary

Effective School Solutions (ESS) is a leading provider of school-based mental health services, serving 6,000+ K–12 students across 12 states. The Licensed School-Based Clinical Program Supervisor will oversee a school-based program, provide direct clinical care, supervise clinicians, and collaborate with families and school partners to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed services within public schools.

Starting salary range: $78,000+.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state.
• 4+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs.
• 2+ years supervising staff in a clinical setting; supervision cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based mental health services including individual, group, and family therapy, plus intake and assessments.
• Supervise assigned clinicians and provide coaching and feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the program.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
