Position Summary: At Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC), our staff is dedicated to addressing the impact of childhood traumatic events and other challenges. The Lead Clinician will ensure the overall clinical and operational integrity of their clinical team(s). The Lead Clinician’s primary responsibilities are to lead their respective team(s), manage a health and proactive relationship with children, families and school communities. In addition the Lead Clinician will provide ongoing training and supervision of all staff (BHT and consultants BSC/MT) within the clinical team.
Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of one year of full time postgraduate experience in the provision of mental health direct services to children.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Proficient in handling office equipment (faxes, copiers, scanners).
