Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license or CSN certification required.
- Experience in school nursing or pediatric populations preferred.
- Familiarity with IHPs and emergency care procedures.
- Compliance with credentials such as PEL if requested.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care and triage for students and staff.
- Administer medications and manage chronic conditions.
- Respond to medical emergencies during the school day.
- Support health screenings and immunization compliance.
- Maintain confidential health records per policies.
- Collaborate with educators and external providers to maintain a safe school health environment.
- Educate students and families on health and wellness practices.
