• Current BLS certification is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years.
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.
