Job summary

DePaul University is hiring part-time Staff Research Assistants to support the Culture and Evidence-Based Practice lab in Chicago. You will collect data from students and families, coordinate with CPS partners, and help prepare reports and trainings for school staff.

The role requires a BA/BS in psychology or related field with at least 6 months of experience in school-based or mental health research. Spanish-speaking is preferred. This is a grant-funded position contingent on external funding.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in psychology or related field and at least 6 months of experience conducting school-based or mental health research.
• Preferred Spanish speaking.
• This is a grant-funded position subject to external grant funding.

Responsibilities

• Collect data by conducting student referral assessments, participant interviews, parent interviews, and provider surveys.
• Send email reminders to school partners delivering group programs and plan trainings for providers.
• Help prepare presentations for PLCs and email memos to CPS staff cohorts; assist in reports and program evaluation.
• Part-time staff research assistants will analyze group member data across cohorts, track recruitment and engagement, and monitor fidelity.
• Clean and update Qualtrics surveys, maintain files and databases in Google Drive and server, and code data to obtain demographics.
