The role partners with schools and youth organizations to advance ethics-driven, evidence-based interventions for children’s mental health. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute for the degree.
• 2–4 years in behavioral research or related field required.
• Knowledge of research regulations preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; Excel basics helpful.
• Spanish bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study startup, regulatory documents, and IRB submissions.
• Recruit participants and obtain informed consent/assent.
• Abstract data from medical records and enter into case report forms.
• Manage data collection, QA/QC, and literature searches under supervision.
• Support program operations and communication with partners.
