Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for the 2026-2027 school year in the Northern Phoenix, AZ area. This in-person, part-time role (15 hours/week) supports a preschool student under supervision of a BCBA and offers a competitive $25/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children with diverse needs is preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs and skill-building activities.
• Provide behavior support and teach replacement behaviors.
• Collect and record real-time data on goals and progress.
• Prepare sessions and maintain structured learning environments.
• Collaborate with caregivers and follow BCBA directions.
