Ampersand Therapy LLC in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a part-time Registered Behavior Technician for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is 15 hours per week, in-person, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, supporting a preschool student under BCBA supervision.

You will implement ABA programs, collect data, and collaborate with caregivers. The position offers $25/hour pay, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, plus retirement and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
