Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students with ASD and developmental disabilities in school settings. Under supervision of a BCBA or qualified professional, you will implement behavior support plans and collect data to drive student progress.

Formación

• RBT certification (BACB) required or in process to complete the exam.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with ASD or developmental disabilities in school or clinical settings.

Responsabilidades

• Providing behavior support to students.
• Delivering direct instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Data collection and progress monitoring.
• Skill acquisition support.
• Implementing behavior plans and positive support plans.
• Collaboration with all team members.
• Documentation of interventions and progress.

Educación

RBT Certification (BACB)

High school diploma or equivalent
