Nyman Associates is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician to support students with behavioral needs in a collaborative school environment in Pennsylvania. The role requires RBT certification (or readiness to take the BACB RBT exam) and a strong commitment to student development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB required, or currently preparing for the BACB RBT exam.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children or adolescents with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for supporting students and school communities.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one and classroom-based behavioral support to students.
• Implement ABA strategies and interventions.
• Support skill acquisition and positive behavior development.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and positive support plans.
• Collect behavioral data and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, BCBAs, and school team members.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and records.
• Support students' educational, social, and behavioral goals within the school environment.
