Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience with children or adolescents in educational, clinical, or community settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans with fidelity in elementary school settings.
• Provide direct support using prompting, reinforcement, skill-building, and behavior reduction strategies.
• Collect and track session data, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting progress to the BCBA.
• Follow safety and crisis protocols to ensure a secure learning environment.
• Collaborate with school staff and maintain professional communication with teams and families.
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and adherence to ethical and program standards.
