Job summary

The Brandywine School in West Chester, PA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in a 1:1 school setting. You will support students with behavioral health needs and ensure their safety under supervision from field experts.

The role offers Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm shifts across a 52-week year, with pay rates from $24.00 to $27.36 per hour based on experience. After 30 days, benefits eligibility begins through the Devereux program.

Qualifications

• Requires an RBT certification from BACB.
• At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment.
• Ensure the safety and supervision of the children.
• Provide interventions to children with emotional support and behavioral health needs in a school setting.
• Deescalate and mitigate behaviors.
