Care Options for Kids is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician in a US school setting. You will work one-on-one or with small groups to implement behavior support plans, monitor progress, and help students meet IEP/504 goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families, adherence to RBT ethics, and thorough data collection to support student outcomes. This position supports growth and professional development within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children, preferably with special needs.
• Active RBT credential required.
• Ability to work well in a team and solve problems proactively.

Responsabilités

• Work with clients, families, staff and community to implement students' behavior support plans.
• Adhere to RBT ethics requirements.
• Respond to and manage crisis situations per IEP/504 goals.
• Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes accurately and timely.
• Observe and report client behavior; maintain daily records.
• Become fluent in understanding and applying each child’s IEP.
