Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a K-12 school setting in Windsor, CO. You will implement behavioral plans, collect data, and support students with behavioral and developmental needs under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willingness to obtain prior to start.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students.
• Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors.
• Support social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and related staff.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
