Ampersand Therapy in Arvada, CO is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a K–8 school setting starting September 2026. You’ll implement behavior plans, collect data, and support students with behavioral and developmental needs under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain prior to start.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support and collect progress data.
• Support social, emotional, and communication skills; assist with classroom management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with teachers and related staff.
