Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring an RBT to work in a Media, PA school-based setting. You will implement evidence-based behavioral strategies under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and support students' academic, social, and emotional growth throughout the school day.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hours 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, competitive pay, and strong clinical support. Training and supervision for RBT certification are available, with benefits beginning after 30

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred and RBT certification strongly preferred.
• One year of direct work with children/adolescents with behavioral challenges required.
• Crisis intervention/CPI Safety certification preferred; training and supervision for RBT provided.

Mansioni

• Support students with emotional, behavioral, and social needs throughout the school day.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-building programs developed by a BCBA.
• Assist with classroom instruction and school-wide PBIS initiatives.
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and student progress data.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and teach replacement skills; assist with FBAs and PBSPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other educational professionals to support student success.
• Maintain a safe, structured learning environment.
