Job summary

Olathe Public Schools seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support instructional staff and students with behavioral needs. You will implement evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavioral changes for students ages 3-21 and assist them in achieving their IEP goals.

The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma, related experience, and be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This full-time position comes with a pay rate of $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.
• 20-hour in-service training required annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accommodations for students with IEPs and assist with behavioral challenges.
• Collect and graph behavioral data for student progress analysis.
• Support and implement student IEPs in collaboration with behavior analysts.
